The process is one of personal taste and is not subject to unsolicited submissions or queries.

A writer's "best chance"  - and only way - of being selected for consideration by the publisher for chapbook/book publication is to submit work to miller's pond poetry magazine, for both the on-line version and the hard copy version that is printed annually.  If the editors accept your work and it is published numerous times in miller's pond, the publisher will then consider and possibly contact the writer for furture book projects.

Do not query the publisher.  Do not send unsolicited manuscripts.
